Hello to all SCU Ride Leaders,
As was mentioned in a recent Chainletter, the EC has adopted new waiver language to be consistent with current practices. This new waiver has been incorporated into both our paper and online sign-in sheets. A PDF version for printing on paper is available in the website document library or at this link. Please discontinue use of the previous version and discard any copies.
The Google Form template for online sign-in has also been updated. Please discontinue use of the previous version and do not ‘recycle’ any Forms with the old waiver. Instead, go back to the Form titled SCU Ride Sheet for <ride title & date> shared on Google Drive. See screen clip below to help you find it. Make a copy of this template before editing!
Ride leaders have their choice of using the paper sign-in sheet, the online Google Form sign-in, or both. If you are not currently using the Google Form and would like to, please contact either of us to get you started.
Please remember that to comply with our insurance policy ALL ride leaders must be a current (dues paid) club member and ALL riders must sign-in either on paper or on the Google Form.
